Our Company has extensive experience in complying with statutory requirements. If required, we can assist our Client with the preparation of the documentation which is required to be submitted for Planning, Building Licence, Environmental, Health Department and FESA approvals prior to project commencement. We can also assist with the documentation required for the application for a licensed retail premises.
When all applications are approved, we ensure that the relevant Shire officials are kept informed of progress. If, in the course of construction, there are unforseen changes required to the original plans, we will notify the relevant Shire Officials, and prepare the necessary documentation for submission, every effort will be made to off-set the possibility of project delays and ensure a “Certificate of Classification” is issued for occupancy at the earliest opportunity.
