Project Management
The services that we at Ascention offer, can vary from upgrades to existing facilities, to the design and installation of new facilities. Whether our Client requires temporary or permanent accommodation, we can provide the solution, this can also include ongoing camp management and catering services if required.
The project planning, design and installation are established after consultation with our Client. Projects can be carried out on either a lump sum or cost plus basis. Alternatively, we can offer project funding for accommodation packages where feasible and suitable to both parties.
We also have a range of support buildings available (viz. offices, cribs, ablutions) for short or long term hire to assist further with our Client’s requirements.

Our personnel, collectively, have a wealth of industry experience to compliment our business of providing a professional service, a service which will always aspire to exceed our Client’s expectations. We value our Client’s satisfaction as this has the potential to be converted, at some later date, into new opportunities.
Engineering Design
RSA Consulting Engineers Designers & Project Managers formerly known as Robin Salter and Associates, would be considered in our opinion one of the most experienced consulting engineering companies on modular buildings in both cyclonic & non cyclonic areas of Western Australia. In more recent times due to increased cyclonic activity and intensity in the Pilbara. Ascention recognise and understand the importance of design engineering to provide safe facilities for their Clients’ workforce and assets.
We engage RSA as our Certifying Engineer on all of our Projects.
Installation Team
Our installation teams are versatile and if necessary can be self sufficient in remote areas by installing a fly camp to ease pressure on existing facilities or to provide accommodation during construction if no other facilities exist in the immediate area. To date, we have engaged various installation contractors encompassing a wealth of industry experience in remote area accommodation and delivering projects on time and budget.
